On the National Basketball Association finals, twenty (71%) predicted that the Los Angeles Lakers would win the NBA championship while eight (29%) predict a championship by the Orlando Magic. In spite of predictions, thirteen (55%) are cheering on a Lakers victory which eleven (45%) favor a Magic Championship.
Please find worthy of note that seventy-five voted in the poll on the Supreme Court nomination while only twenty eight made a prediction in the NBA finals and only twenty four expressed a favorite team. Obviously, political subjects garner more action and interest among the readers of Musings from Maytown than do sports subjects. However, this website discusses the culture at large, hence, we will continue to address politics, sports, theology, music, and all other matters that relate to our culture.

SOTOMAYER IS AN EXTREMELY LIBERAL COURT JUDGE. SHE IS A RACIST AND A SEXIST, AND IS HETEROPHOBIC. HER STATEMENT THAT A HISPANIC WOMAN COULD MAKE A BETTER SUPREME COURT JUDGE THAT A WHITE MAN IS COMPLETELY RACIST/SEXIST. SHE DOES NOT BELONG ON THE HIGH COURT. THE SENATE TRIED TO CRUCIFY CLARENCE THOMAS. SOTOMAYER SHOULD BE LED QUIETLY BACK OUT ON THE STREET.

In no fashion could I imagine Frank Johnson or Bishop Willimon whom Sessions holds in high esteem voting against or finding much fault with Sotomayor were they a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee
SOTOMAYOR WOULD VOTE FOR ABORTION ON DEMAND, IF ROE v. WADE COMES UP AGAIN. "SOTO" WOULD BE IN FAVOR OF GAY MARRIAGE (EVEN THOUGH THAT IS AN OXYMORON). AND ALONG WITH THE OTHER MORONS INSIDE THE BELTWAY, THAT IS JUST ONE TOO MANY FOR THIS NATIVE TARHEEL !!
